The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of School Support Services to lead and coordinate the delivery of support services across all Ballarat Clarendon College campuses (ELC-Year 12). This is a pivotal leadership role within our operations team reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
The successful applicant will provide centralised coordination and managerial oversight of a diverse team responsible for essential school services. This includes workflow management records and document control event coordination and compliance activities. The role requires exceptional organisational skills strategic thinking and the ability to balance daily operational demands with long-term process and system improvements.
