As an Intensive In-Home Services (IIHS) Qualified Professional you will work directly with youth experiencing serious emotional and behavioral challenges. This is hands-on impactful work that supports families in their homes communities schools and daily environments.

Provide Support in Homes and Community SettingsDeliver family-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to youth with significant emotional or behavioral needs.
Support members in managing daily challenges and building healthy coping skills.
Assist in developing individualized crisis plans.
Respond professionally and calmly during crisis situations to ensure safety and stability.
Help create and revise Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) and related clinical tools.
Maintain accurate timely documentation in alignment with regulatory and agency standards.
Coordinate assessments and ensure linkage to needed medical psychological and community services.
Advocate for members across multiple systems ensuring their needs are met.
Identify and engage community resources and natural supports to promote long-term stability.
Participate in weekly clinical meetings and case consultations.
Attend required clinical supervision and ongoing training to strengthen skills.
Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
Provide culturally competent services that respect each familys values and needs.
Assist in planning for transitions and discharges with appropriate follow-up support.

Candidates must meet one of the following educational and experience combinations:
Bachelors degree in a human services field with at least 2 years of experience working with the population served
Bachelors degree in any field with at least 4 years of experience working with the population served
Masters degree in a human services field with at least 1 year of experience
Masters degree in any field with at least 2 years of experience
No clinical license required.
This is a community-based role. Work may occur in:
Homes
Schools
Community centers
Clinics
Other community environments
Must be able to:
Drive regularly
Walk stand or stoop
Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Maintain CPI and CPR certification (training provided)
