Position Overview

CDL-A Flex Drivers serve as essential support team members filling in for regular drivers during vacations sick leave and other absences. This entry-level position offers excellent exposure to various routes throughout our operation with opportunities for advancement to permanent route assignments as positions become available.

Key Responsibilities:

Unload at auto parts stores using electric pallet jack
May require returns

Pay Details: $1450 minimum guaranteed weekly must work the full week to receive this guarantee.

Exact Home Time: 1 week driver will work 3 layovers a week next week they will have 2 layovers a week.

Load/Unload: Driver Unload Required

Lane Information: 66-mile radius of Salina KS

Lanes: NE KS MO CO OK IA

Miles: 2425-2561 miles/week 35 stops

Schedule Nighttime Driver

Primary Schedule: MON-FRI departure 7:00pm-11:00pm
Non-layover home daily
Overnight unattended delivery

Home Time

Expect 2 layovers/week: otherwise home daily

Accessorial Pay:

On Call: $100
Stop Pay: $34
Layover: $125
New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 (paid in full on second paycheck)

Requirements:

Valid CDL-A license
Minimum 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience
Hazmat Endorsement
No SAP
