About the Role
As our Specialist Partnership Operations you will serve as a critical link between Lovesac and its external partners ensuring operational excellence and consistent customer experience in partner retail environments. This role focuses on the behind-the-scenes execution and optimization of logistics for partner channels with a primary responsibility for ensuring roadshows are fully operational. The Specialist Partnership Operations will also design scalable processes to support seamless growth across new and existing partnerships.
This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford CT. Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.
What Youll Do
Operational Support for Partner Channels:
Act as the primary liaison between Lovesac and external partners to ensure smooth operational execution.
Serve as the main operational contact for Lovesac and external partners to ensure smooth operational execution of roadshows and day-to-day business management.
Manage logistics planning and execution to support roadshow readiness ensuring they are 100% operational at launch or within 24 hours of setup.
Identify and own operational challenges and resolutions to maintain consistency and efficiency across all partner environments.
Auditing and Approval of Daily Orders (Physical and Online):
Manage the auditing and approval process for daily physical and e-commerce orders
Process Design and Optimization:
Develop and implement scalable processes that streamline logistics and operational workflows for current and future partnerships.
Identify and address inefficiencies in roadshow setup and execution ensuring continuous improvement and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with Lovesacs operational standards and partner requirements.
Logistics Execution and Problem-Solving:
Manage the end-to-end logistics for partner roadshows including setup teardown and operational troubleshooting.
Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during roadshow setup ensuring minimal disruption and a high-quality customer experience.
Partner with internal teams to address and rectify operational roadblocks effectively and efficiently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Operations Training Logistics and Partner Teams to ensure alignment and consistency in partner channel operations.
Serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting operational issues in partner environments.
Provide regular feedback to internal teams to inform improvements in tools training and processes for partner channels.
Scalability and Growth:
Design new and refine existing processes that enable Lovesac to scale its operations efficiently across new partners and retail environments.
Provide input and recommendations to leadership on opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and support business growth.
Perform any other reasonable duties for this role as requested by management.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Marketing or related field preferred.
3 years of experience in retail operations logistics or a similar role preferred.
Familiarity with Lovesacs product offerings and operational model preferred.
Experience supporting roadshows or similar partner retail environments preferred.
Experience working with external partners or vendors preferred.
Proven ability to manage logistics and operational processes in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of logistics and operational workflows in a retail or partner-driven environment.
Proactive and resourceful in identifying and resolving operational challenges.
Experience in designing and optimizing scalable processes.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise between Lovesac and partners.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Must be able to travel using various forms of transportation as required by the Company in its sole discretion for mandatory meetings and conferences held either at our offices or offsite (i.e. quarterly team connection weeks companywide meetings and events vendor visits).
Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays as required to support peak roadshow show and business needs.
Regular schedule includes at 7AM EST start time on roadshow opening days.
Must travel to partner locations as needed to oversee roadshow setup address operational challenges and support seamless execution.
Must comply with all policies and procedures outlined in the Lovesac Employee Handbook and work collaboratively with fellow employees treating all clients both internal and external with dignity and respect at all times.
