Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

- 10 years in Architecture with substantial Acute Healthcare Experience including at least 4 years with AHCA-regulated projects.

- Architectural license required

- Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited program

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Strong proficiency in relevant software: Autodesk Revit Microsoft Products Newforma Bluebeam

- Thorough knowledge of architectural design detailing building system including engineering and medical equipment coordination

- Thorough understanding of FGI Guidelines Building Codes and industry standards

- Ability to travel
