Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service in German via phone email or chat
Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions
Maintain professionalism empathy and strong problem-solving skills
Document all interactions in internal systems (CRM)
Work collaboratively with team leaders to meet performance KPIs
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by following company guidelines
Requirements

Native or C2 German

B1/B2 English for internal communication

Based in Turkey OR willing to relocate

Customer service retail hospitality or sales background is a plus

Strong communication and active-listening skills

Ability to work in rotating shifts depending on project
