URGENT HIRING Finance Team Lead (F&A) Porto On-Site
Location: Porto Portugal
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Work Model: On-Site
Salary: 1500 x 14 months bonus benefits meal allowance

Role: Finance Team Lead (AP / ARO2C / R2R / GL)
We are urgently seeking a Finance Team Lead with C1C2 English fluency to supervise and develop our Finance & Accounting team across multiple operational areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coach and mentor the Finance & Accounting team across AP AR/O2C R2R and GL.
- Ensure accuracy compliance and timely achievement of all SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage invoice processing payments collections reconciliations accruals and financial reporting.
- Drive process improvements automation initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
Required Skills & Experience
- English level C1C2 (mandatory).
- Proven experience leading finance teams in AP AR-O2C R2R or GL functions.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP Oracle NetSuite Workday).
- Experience with multi-country and multi-currency operations is an advantage.
