Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer service via phone email or chat.
Assist customers with inquiries concerns and product-related questions.
Ensure timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Languages Required: Fluent German (written and spoken).
Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Availability: Must be available to work Monday to Friday with the potential for future shift work.
