Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays; Night Shift
Headcounts Needed: 20 FTEs
Industry: IT Consulting & Services

Qualifications:

At least 6 months of BPO calls/voice support experience
Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Proficient in basic computer navigation and troubleshooting
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Can start immediately if possible
