Job Description:

Conduct finished goods and outgoing inspections based on inspection standards samples drawings or customer requirements; ensure product quality for warehouse intake and shipment.

Perform reliability testing when required by customer specifications or product needs by sampling according to standards and submitting samples to the testing department; follow up on test results.

Record appearance dimensional measurement and performance test results in the Finished Goods Incoming Inspection Report and OQC Shipment Inspection Report.

After finished goods enter the warehouse supervise warehouse conditions chemical stability and effective shelf-life control; ensure preventive measures are implemented and verify quality of stored products.

Conduct re-inspection for expired inventory and handle any quality abnormalities with timely feedback and follow-up.

Prepare daily weekly and monthly statistical reports and analyses ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Inspect slow-moving items and check overall warehouse storage conditions.

Report and track quality abnormalities verify improvement effectiveness and ensure outgoing products meet order requirements.

Verify the quality of customer-returned products.

Other tasks related to maintaining outgoing product quality as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in OQC QC or relevant quality inspection roles; candidates with related experience will be given priority.

Familiar with quality inspection standards measurement tools and testing processes.

Ability to read and interpret samples drawings and customer specifications.
-
Strong attention to detail good analytical skills and sense of responsibility.

Able to prepare accurate reports and follow up on quality issues promptly.

Basic computer literacy (e.g. MS Office) and ability to handle documentation.

Good communication skills and ability to work with warehouse testing and production teams.
