We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Retention Agents for our LATAM Desk and Conversion and Retention Agents for our Portuguese Desk. The ideal candidates will possess a strong foundation in customer service sales and retention strategies with a goal of fostering relationships and enhancing customer loyalty. This role is integral to ensuring customer satisfaction and retention while successfully converting prospects into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via multiple communication platforms (phone email chat) to deliver outstanding service and support.
- Assess customer needs and provide customized solutions to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective retention strategies to minimize churn and boost customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transform leads into active engaged customers.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to uncover trends and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to guarantee a seamless customer journey.
- Achieve and exceed performance metrics and targets related to retention and conversion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role LATAM MARKET (FX INDUSTRY)
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A customer-focused mindset with a strong desire to assist others.
