Job Summary

Salary Package (Monthly Total Gross)

With Accommodation: 1050
Without Accommodation: 1251

(Accommodation option: Fully equipped shared apartment with utilities included. Available only to candidates relocating from 100 km away.)

What You Will Do

Provide inbound phone assistance to private customers
Support with device issues subscriptions billing contract updates
Identify upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach
Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and empathy

Requirements

Fluent Italian (written & spoken)
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom retail customer-facing sales telesales etc.)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
EU passport Residence Card Manifestação de Interesse or eligible visa

Location & Schedule

On-site position in Lisbon
Rotative shifts between 06:0022:00 MondaySunday
40h/week (8h/day 1h break)
