About the Role
This role involves providing customer support to Norwegian-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries provide troubleshooting support and follow internal procedures to ensure high-quality service. The position offers remote work options within Greece with full training and equipment provided.
Key Responsibilities

Support Norwegian-speaking customers via phone email and chat.

Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.

Identify customer needs and escalate when necessary.

Follow internal guidelines and service procedures.

Document customer interactions and update records.

Contribute to service quality and overall team performance.
Requirements

Norwegian C2/native level.

English B2 level for internal communication.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable using digital tools and troubleshooting basic technical issues.

Based in Greece or willing to relocate.

EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Greece.

Availability for rotating shifts (depending on the project).
