Position Summary:
Join our international Customer Support team for the Home Depot project! We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals with excellent English language skills (C2 level) to assist customers with their inquiries provide information and ensure an excellent service experience. This is a full-time permanent on-site role in Athens.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email or chat

Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers
-
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
-
Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve processes
-
Follow company procedures including data protection and compliance guidelines
Requirements:

Fluent English (C2 level) spoken and written
-
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work on-site in Athens (remote work not available for local candidates)
-
Flexibility to work shifts between 2:00 PM - 7:00 AM Monday to Sunday

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
