About the Role
We are looking for a Hebrew-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Tallinn. You will support customers by handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a seamless service experience. This is a fully remote role within Estonia giving you flexibility while working in a professional customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Hebrew via phone email and chat.
- Provide accurate efficient and empathetic support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of customer service in line with company procedures.
Requirements
- Language skills:
- Native or C1/C2 level in Hebrew.
- Minimum B2 level in English (written and verbal).
- Full-time availability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
- Must already be based in Estonia
Important:
If you are moving from abroad you must confirm Yes I will be moving on my own or I dont need relocation support.
