Job Summary
Remote Baltics (Estonia Latvia Lithuania)
Full-time or Part-time (min. 50%)
Are you fluent in Danish and passionate about delivering excellent customer service Join an international team supporting a leading travel industry project all from the comfort of your home.
This is a 100% remote role available to candidates living in or willing to relocate to Estonia Latvia or Lithuania.
Your Role
As a Customer Advisor you will support travelers by:

Handling customer inquiries in Danish via phone email and chat

Assisting with bookings changes and cancellations

Providing clear guidance on travel products services and policies

Resolving issues efficiently with empathy and professionalism

Meeting service KPIs while maintaining high-quality standards

Accurately documenting interactions in internal systems
Full training is provided no prior customer service experience is required.
Salary & Benefits

Estonia & Latvia: 1900 gross/month 250 KPI bonus

Lithuania: 2300 gross/month 250 KPI bonus

Requirements

Danish: C1/C2 level (mandatory)

English: B2 or higher
