Position: Business Development Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships with clients. As a Business Development Officer you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities developing and maintaining relationships with clients and promoting our services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employer-sponsored pension plans
- Dental and medical plans
- Payroll taxes such as employer contributions to the Employment Insurance program and the Canada Pension Plan (CPP) or Quebec Pension Plan (QPP)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role preferably in the staffing industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle for travel to client meetings
