Job Summary
At Always Best Care we provide compassionate high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. With a strong focus on personal care safety and dignity we are proud to be a trusted provider in the Greater West Houston area. We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated weekend caregiversto join us in providing exceptional care to our clients.
We are currently hiring for part-time weekend shifts:
8:00 AM 12:00 PM
3:00 PM 6:00 PM
Service areas: Houston (77036 and nearby areas) Missouri City Sugar Land and Katy.
Responsibilities
Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide daily living assistance.
Monitor and track client health and well-being reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Assist with errands appointments and transportation as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities
Follow all safety and infection control protocols
Communicate effectively with clients families and supervisors to ensure the best care
Requirements
- Prior experience working as a caregiver preferably in senior care
CNA certification is ideal but not required
Ability to pass a background check and reference check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy patience and compassion toward elderly clients
