Objective
Design Hotels supports a global portfolio of unique independent hotelsand our success depends on ensuring each property has reliable accurate and effective distribution technology in place. As Coordinator Distribution Technology Americas you will play a key operational support role within the Americas regional team focusing on the execution of daily distribution tasks and basic troubleshooting.
This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to build a career in hotel distribution hospitality technology or commercial operations. Youll work closely with the Manager of Distribution Technology and report directly to the Head of Distribution Technology Americas gaining hands-on experience with systems like SynXis MARSHA and OTA platforms.
Your mission: to help ensure that rates availability and content for our member hotels are accurately maintained across all relevant channels and that hotel teams receive reliable timely support for standard technical issues.
