Youll lead the charge in maintaining our commitment to safety quality and efficiency. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing Engineering Autonomous Teams Support Functions) enforce safety protocols and much more. Youll specifically take care of analyzing accidents and implementing action plans as well as organizing problem-solving activities and updating technical work permits. Well look to you for: Enforcing environment health and safety standards Providing safety training and improving safety communications Ensuring production meets the highest quality standards Driving team compliance with production planning and managing corrective actions Optimizing resource allocation and managing the monthly cost base Leading continuous improvement in processes and team performance Developing team skills and autonomy.

- Degree in B.E./ in Mechanical Engineering 5 to 8 years of experience in Fabrication and Welding.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and risk management

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- should have background from Railway industry.
- Lean six sigma yellow belt certified.
