DescriptionOur Operations and Procurement Team
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Analystto join our procurement team. This role primarily focuses on managing the procurement processes for indirect categories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement finance engineering or accounting.
This position reports directly to the Director of Procurement and this is a remote work from home opportunity with flexible office space on demand.

How youll make a difference:
- Develop lead and execute purchasing strategies for indirect spend categories.
- Identify evaluate and qualify potential suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of in the market.
- Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking.
- Assess manage and mitigate risks.
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Works well in both a team environment and independently.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Have a bachelors degree in supply chain management engineering finance or accounting.
- 3-5 years of work experience as a Buyer Purchasing Officer Category Owner or relevant role within procurement finance or accounting.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes policy and systems.
- Have proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent negotiation strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to gather and analyze data and work with figures.
- CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
