Scorp Inc. is a fast-growing social media start-up based in Istanbul and San Francisco. We created a number of mobile applications including the worlds most genuine social network Scorp app. With over 16M users worldwide the Scorp app has successfully re-defined the social network in Turkey. Now we are on a mission to redefine the social and entertainment scene with our newly launched Apps which have already reached 100M users! We are an organization committed to results and to the development of our work teams.
As part of this growth we are opening our Brazil operations and we are looking for a Freelance Recruitment & Selection Analyst to support the hiring of our first local teams and work closely with our Market Lead and global People team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on recruiting fast-paced environments and being part of building something from the ground up.
Qualifications:
- Degree or technical studies in Psychology Human Resources Administration or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection roles.
- Advanced Portuguese and English (mandatory daily interaction with global teams).
- Experience recruiting operational and professional profiles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-changing startup environments.
- Experience in tech startups apps or digital companies is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing screening interviews coordination).
- Support the hiring of the initial Scorp Brazil team.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and provide candidate experience follow-up.
- Maintain updated recruitment trackers and reports.
- Collaborate closely with the global People & Culture team based in Istanbul.
- Support employer branding and local talent market insights.
