About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented creative and deadline-driven Proposal Writer to join our Sales & BD this role you will help craft compelling proposals RFP responses and client documents that clearly communicate our solutions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Review RFPs/RFQs and identify key requirements timelines and client expectations.
Write edit and format high-quality proposals cover letters capability statements and business documents.
Coordinate with the Sales Technical and Product teams to gather accurate information.
Maintain proposal templates company profiles and credentials up to date.
Ensure all submissions are aligned with company standards branding and compliance guidelines.
Conduct basic research on clients competitors and industry trends to strengthen proposals.
Work on multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in English Business Marketing IT or related field.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail grammar and content structure.
Ability to understand technical concepts and present them in simple clear language.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel).
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
