Working experience: Relative to Facility working experience with 5 years 5年及以上 Knowledge of IATF16949 ISO9001 QC080000 and HSF is preferred.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

-site inspection of equipment Abnormal troubleshooting Emergency response Record timely.

for facility equipment inspection operation and maintenance Including but not limited to factory buildings/facilities transformer and distribution power station distribution cabinet air conditioning system air pressure system industrial exhaust system fire protection system water supply system lighting outdoor greening rain and sewage pipe network special gas security system etc Put forward optimization suggestions for the daily operation of facilities. Participating in continuous improvement efforts suggesting improvements.

负责设施系统包括但不限于厂区建筑/设施变配电站配电柜空调系统空压系统供水系统照明室外绿化雨污水管网特殊气体安防系统等及特种设备的巡检运行维护维修等工作并针对设施日常运行情况提出优化建议

4. Implement preventive maintenance and draw up the maintenance plan for ensure the facilities systems are in operating efficiently.
