Job Summary

A new chapter begins welcome to Tribera!
As aDeputy Resident Manager you support the daily operations of our student residence and ensure an exceptional living experience for our residents. You coordinate front-office tasks handle resident inquiries oversee facility standards and support community-building activities. Working closely with the Residence Manager you help ensure smooth processes high service quality and a welcoming environment that students can call home.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Put residents first: Build a great student community support them with their daily needs and keep satisfaction high through events and quick friendly assistance.

  • Support growth: Assist with sales and marketing activities stay on top of market trends and help us spot new opportunities.

  • Keep operations running smoothly: Support financial operational and data protection compliance to ensure everything runs reliably and professionally.

  • Stay organized: Maintain clear accurate documentation and help deliver timely operational and financial reports.

  • Champion quality: Help implement and improve SOPs/LOPs collaborate with facility management and contractors and support new property openings.

  • Be a trusted partner: Work closely with the team live our values and step in for the Resident Manager when needed.

The Role
What we are looking for:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification; experience in the social or administrative field is an advantage.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills empathy and enjoyment of working with students.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Reliability discretion and a sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to work occasionally outside regular hours (e.g. move-ins).
