Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Field & Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations facilities management and field service activities across our organization. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on maintenance expertise strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage teams vendors and facility improvement projects to ensure safe efficient and well-maintained environments.

Responsibilities:
- Facilities & Maintenance Management
- Oversee the maintenance repair and operation of buildings grounds equipment and infrastructure.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs for facility systems including HVAC electrical plumbing mechanical and structural components.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities meet safety compliance and operational standards.
- Manage maintenance work orders prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of all repairs.
- Field Operations Leadership
- Lead and supervise field technicians maintenance staff and contractors to support both in-facility and field-based work.
- Provide guidance training and performance feedback to team members.
- Coordinate field operations to ensure service calls facility requests and project assignments are handled efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of service quality and responsiveness for internal and external customers.
- Project Vendor & Budget Management
- Plan coordinate and oversee facility improvement projects renovations and equipment installations.
- Source evaluate and manage third-party vendors and service providers.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time within scope and aligned with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in developing and managing budgets related to facilities maintenance and field operations.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with OSHA building codes environmental regulations and organizational safety standards.
- Champion a safety-first culture through inspections training and incident prevention programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation logs and facility records.
