Responsibilities
Provides technical guidance and support in the areas of general maintenance of the physical plant HVAC equipment and all associated equipment. and the hospitals buildings and grounds.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Ten (10) years experience in facilities maintenance HVAC installation / repair or Power Plant Operations / Maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability in general areas of structural mechanical electrical and minor hospital repair.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and understand minor construction estimating and material usage.
