Job Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for client websites SEO strategies social media management and digital advertising campaigns
- Assisting clients with software and hardware issues related to their digital marketing services
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Documenting and tracking client support tickets and resolutions
- Collaborating with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and technical support
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in IT Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of website design SEO social media management and digital advertising
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Experience working with clients in the audiology industry is a plus
- Certifications in IT support or digital marketing are an advantage
