Job Description:

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our team at AuDSEO a leading digital marketing agency specializing in providing services to hearing care professionals. As a Help Desk Technician you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our clients in the audiology industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for client websites SEO strategies social media management and digital advertising campaigns
  • Assisting clients with software and hardware issues related to their digital marketing services
  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Documenting and tracking client support tickets and resolutions
  • Collaborating with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and technical support

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in IT Computer Science or related field
  • Strong knowledge of website design SEO social media management and digital advertising
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Experience working with clients in the audiology industry is a plus
  • Certifications in IT support or digital marketing are an advantage
