Working as an independent healthcare provider youll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist or Clinical Psychologist to:

Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses.
Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes.
Coordinate patient care with primary care other specialty providers and families via written and verbal communication.
Provide psychotherapy utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice including specific and focused treatment protocols when appropriate.
Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan if necessary.

If Behavioral Health Therapist:

Education:

Minimum Masters Degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology Marriage and Family Therapy or other behavioral health related field

Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children adolescents or adults
Preferred 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children adolescents or adults

Licenses and Certifications:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or
Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required and
Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required

If Clinical Psychologist:

Education:

Minimum Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications:

Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin
Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required
