About the Position

Dexis isseekinga highly experienceStrategicAdvisorto support our capture and business development efforts for upcoming opportunities with the U.S. Department of States(DOS)Bureau of Political-Military Affairs (PM).The Advisorwill play a critical role in refining our understanding of the client landscapevalidatingopportunity parameters andfacilitatingstrategic introductions to key stakeholders within the PM bureau and relevant incumbent organizations.

This is a high-impact short-term engagement for an individual who understands the operational and technical dimensions of government securityassistanceprograms including Foreign Military Financing (FMF)International Military Education and Training (IMET) andAssessment Monitoring and Evaluation (AM&E)program elements.

Responsibilities

• Providestrategic insight into the organizational priorities structure and decision-making processes within the PM bureau.
• Advise Dexis leadership on client engagement strategies specific to securityassistance.
• Identifyandfacilitate introductions with relevant stakeholders throughout the capture and bid process.
• Validate programmatic direction potential scope and customer expectations for theanticipatedopportunity.
• Participate in periodic strategy sessions and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-solicitation capture and bid phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with or supporting DOS with deep familiarity with thePM Bureauandthe Office of Security Assistance (SA).
• Demonstratedtrack recordof engagement with senior-level PM/SA personnel and contract leadership.
• Existing relationships within the PM bureau and/or with current contract implementers in securityassistanceor program support.
• Exceptional understanding of federalinternational security securityassistanceandmilitaryoperationscontracting environments.
• Prior experienceadvisingcapture or proposal teams targeting DOS contractsisstrongly preferred.
• Discretion professionalism anda strong senseof integrity infacilitatingclient-facing interactions.
