Foundation & Internal Tooling

Build the tools that power operational excellence across the entire organization. This team develops internal automation systems creates productivity tools for engineering and business operations and pioneers the integration of cutting-edge AI solutions into our workflows. Youll work on systems that streamline processes for multiple departments from engineering and operations to compliance and finance. If youre excited about making everyones work easier driving efficiency at scale and exploring emerging technologies like AI-powered automation this is your team.

Strategic & Business Development

Drive innovation and growth by creating new products that shape the future of payments in Greece. This team identifies market opportunities designs and launches new payment solutions and builds features that directly enable merchants and marketplaces to grow their businesses. Youll work on greenfield projects experiment with new payment methods and see your code directly impact business success.

Regulatory & Compliance

Solve complex technical challenges at the intersection of technology and finance. This team translates regulatory requirements into elegant technical solutions ensuring our platform meets the highest standards of security and compliance. Youll become an expert in payment regulations work on mission-critical systems and build features that protect millions of transactions. Its technical problem-solving with real-world impact and accountability.

What you will be doing:

• Build & Ship: Develop features across our payment platform that impact thousands of merchants and millions of shoppers
• Learn & Grow: Master the fascinating world of payments while working with Visa MasterCard and other major payment schemes
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product SRE Compliance and Operations
• Code Quality: Write clean maintainable and well-tested code that youll be proud of
• Own Projects: Take ownership of features from conception to deployment
• Modern DevOps: Experience full CI/CD automation cloud infrastructure and agile methodologies

• Backend: PHP (modern practices) MariaDB MongoDB NodeJS

What will you need to succeed:

Must-Haves:

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Understanding of REST API design principles
• Basic knowledge of testing and code quality practices
• Completed military obligations (if applicable)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with PHP or similar backend languages
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure)
• Interest in fintech or payment systems
• Knowledge of security best practices
