To start on 1st October 2026 full time fixed term opportunity for 18 months

About the role

Start your career in the offshore wind sector and gain your first practical experience in one of the most evolving and challenging technical fields of the energy transition
Take part in three rotations across technical offshore departments such as Engineering Construction Operations and Health Safety & Environment (HSE). Rotations are based on business demand and your interests
Experience different rotations of which one may take place at another location or even abroad
Get to know the day-to-day work behind safe efficient and sustainable offshore wind farm operations
Apply your academic knowledge to real-life settings and technical projects. Learning directly from experienced offshore colleagues in a diverse environment with a wide range of skills and backgrounds
Build your own international network and gain clarity on where you want to grow further

Job requirements and experience

Youve recently graduated or are about to complete your Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical or scientific field like e.g. engineering physics geoscience geoinformatics environmental science biological oceanography
Youre ready to take your first steps into offshore wind and apply your academic background
Youre curious open to new ways of thinking and motivated to develop yourself professionally
You feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment and are open to taking on new tasks as they arise
You enjoy handling tasks on your own and with initiative at the same time you thrive in group-oriented tasks especially in cross-cultural international settings
Youre open to work in different locations and travel as part of your professional growth
You have fluent oral and written business English skills

Advantageous but not essential

You have gained first practical experience in the field of offshore wind or related areas e.g. through an internship or working student position
