Estamos buscando un Profesional de Contabilidad para unirse a nuestro equipo con sede en Bogotá -Colombia
Deberá vigilar y analizar todos los movimientos contables de la compañía y garantizar que se encuentren al día a su vez revisar la trazabilidad de la información con los diferentes módulos y departamentos para mantener el cumplimiento en la entrega de los informes impuestos y estados financieros en forma clara y oportuna.
Principales Responsabilidades
1. Responder por la adecuada preparación presentación y entrega oportuna de los registros contables de las cuentas por pagar impuestos y anexos e informes exigidos por la jefatura de contabilidad y la gerencia financiera las entidades de control y vigilancia.
2. Realizar análisis de la información contable con el fin de brindar información que ayude a la toma de decisiones por parte de la gerencia.
3. Responder por la adecuada presentación de la información de carácter tributario y fiscal siguiendo las normas y políticas exigidas por las entidades estatales de acuerdo a las disposiciones legales vigentes.
4. Garantizar que el registro de la información sea oportuno y confiable verificando mensualmente la consistencia de los registros e implementando nuevos reportes que faciliten y agilicen el cruce de información y la generación de nueva información.
5. Conservar y mantener la información contable al día cumpliendo con las necesidades establecidas por la compañía y velar que se cumplan con los principios de contabilidad generalmente aceptados.
6. Apoyar la elaboración de los diferentes impuestos de la compañía informes ante la Superintendencia de sociedades medios magnéticos nacionales y distritales e informes a casa matriz.

We are looking for an Accounting Professional to join our team based in Bogota -Colombia
You will monitor and analyze all accounting movements of the company and ensure that they are up to date in turn review the traceability of information with the different modules and departments to maintain compliance in the delivery of reports taxes and financial statements in a clear and timely manner.
Main Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the proper preparation presentation and timely delivery of accounting records of accounts payable taxes and annexes and reports required by the head of accounting and financial management control and oversight entities.
2. Perform analysis of accounting information in order to provide information that will help management to make decisions.
3. Respond for the adequate presentation of tax and fiscal information following the rules and policies required by the state entities according to the legal provisions in force.
4. Ensure that the recording of information is timely and reliable verifying monthly the consistency of records and implementing new reports that facilitate and expedite the cross-checking of information and the generation of new information.
5. To keep and maintain the accounting information up to date complying with the requirements established by the company and to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
6. Support the preparation of the different taxes of the company reports to the Superintendence of Corporations national and district magnetic media and reports to the head office.
7. Comply with the Roles Responsibilities and Authorities Matrix for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Who are we looking for
- Professional in Public Accounting.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in related positions
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Intermediate English (Desirable)
- ERP management preferably SAP (not exclusive).
