Ready to make a real impact Take on a key role leading the rollout of our Talent Intelligence (TI) Platform - an innovative AI-driven solution set to transform workforce management throughout the Department!

People Culture and Safety is seeking an enthusiastic Change Manager to lead business delivery and drive transformation collaborating closely with our IT Project Manager to implement and embed the TI Platform. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of our workforce supporting team members at every level and location.

Were searching for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in change management within large complex organisations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in steering change projects from streamlining operational processes to leading strategic initiatives that span the entire Department.

What Youll Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in system implementation integration and leading high-performing management teams within complex organisations
  • Proven ability to deliver people-centred change for a diverse range of roles and locations
  • Understanding of the challenges associated with rolling out system and process changes and the capability to address them with practical solutions

Essential Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in change management human resources program or project managementor equivalent hands-on experience
  • Relevant change management certification such as PROSCI APMG or similar is highly regarded but not essential
