To join our growing team and play a crucial part in our hypergrowth phase we are looking for an M&A Analyst (f/m/d) based in Berlin.
Your responsibilities:
- Qualify promising M&A targets
- Underwriting and financial modeling of acquisitions
- Support the M&A team in the end-to-end due diligence of targets
- Prepare underwriting documentation for the CEO and board
- Work closely with the head of M&A on every deal
Your profile
- gathered first working experience in M&A & deal making
- a professional & academic background in Finance / Business
- fluent in German
