Your Role
- Be responsible for the further development of our supply chain finance solutions in line with business objectives evolving industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure clear priorities in close alignment with business units and top management
- Manage features throughout their lifecycle from requirements analysis and validation through implementation and production deployment
- Ensure consistency of new requirements with the existing product scope strategic roadmap and overall product vision
- Coordinate knowledge transfer of new product functionalities through trainings for internal and external stakeholder
Your Profile
- Degree in IT Mathematics Natural Science Business or a related field
- 3 years of experience in the financial industry as consultant IT project manager solution designer business analyst or the like
- Strong consulting analytical organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive client-focused approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for digital transformation and superior user experience
- Team-oriented motivator who inspires collaboration and drives collective success
- Beneficial Certificates: Scrum Master Product Owner Scrum Professional Project Management (IPMA/Prince/etc.)
- Fluent in English German language skills are a plus
