We are looking for Brazilian Portuguese speakers living in Lisbon with a valid residence card to join the content moderation team of an important client.
Location: Lisbon
Support advertisers via email and chat helping them troubleshoot issues with campaigns and platform tools.
Investigate technical or setup problems and follow each case through to resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product Operations Engineering) when needed.
Provide clear timely updates to ensure a positive customer experience.
Spot improvement opportunities and share useful feedback with the team.
Valid Residence Card ou UE Passport
Native or C2 Brazilian Portuguese with good English skills (around B2).
Some familiarity with digital marketing or social media advertising basic knowledge is enough.
Experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
Strong problem-solving ability attention to detail and good organization.
Able to work independently and also collaborate with the team.
Eager to learn and motivated to help customers succeed.
Full-time position with fully paid training.
Rotational schedule: Monday to Sunday 07:0019:00 (days off by roster).
