Job Summary
Knowledge of instructional design concepts and adult learning theories
ERP implementation program (Exposure to ERP experience will be an added advantage)
Hands-on experience in creating storyboards / power presentations for eLearning ILTs Job aids and vILTs
Ability to directly interact with client SMEs seek clarifications from them and create material that meet the client specified-requirements
Exposure to content authoring tools is desirable Whatfix WalkMe etc
Instructional Design ERP experience Strong English written skills
