Job Description:
- Schedule appropriate training sessions for new and existing employees Stay updated with the best training methods and modules.
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as presentations video module.
- Should train freshers and existing employees in a batch-wise manner Collaborate with management to identify training needs for all employees Review training needs monthly Schedule and perform pre- and-post-training assessments and monitor progress.

- Should have a clear understanding of the Trainer role and must have Proven Coaching abilities.
- Should have strong exposure on TNA/TNI.
