Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operational Tier 1/2 issue support through our ticketing system.
- Provide 24/7/365 On-Call coverage.
- Routine maintenance: backups monitoring management and patching of the network environment including network security devices like firewalls and SSL VPN connectors.
- Data Center Management: Assist in capacity planning and regular maintenance audits and troubleshooting. (co-managed data centers)
