- Draft demand letters
- Draft written discovery with clients and attorneys
- Draft pleadings and memoranda
- Perform medical and legal research
- Coordinate with expert witnesses
- Track all case deadlines and ensure their completion
- Schedule depositions hearings and trials
- Interview prospective clients
- Order and review medical records
- Update clients and referral sources on case status
- Assist with professional extracurriculars and committee work
- Open to other tasks and responsibilities according to preference of the candidate and demonstrated success on the job
Training and mentoring is provided on the latest trial practice management software and all aspects of litigation paralegal work.
