Location: Webster SD 57274
Shift: -Friday Days 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. No weekends no call. 40 hours per week
Assignment duration:- 13 weeks

Pay: Gross Weekly- $3200($49 on W2 and per diem- $1240)

Job Requirements
BLS
1 year of experience as physical therapist
Must be licensed in the state of SD as a Physical Therapist
Float to largely outpatient hospital based setting. Some coverage of inpatient/sub-acute
Trauma level: CAH
EHR: EPIC
