Job Summary
This full-time clinical role provides substance use and co-occurring disorder services to women in a community-based outpatient setting. The position focuses on assessment treatment planning therapy and case management for adult clients including those who are pregnant or parenting minor children. The role emphasizes high-quality clinical care collaboration accountability and teamwork while maintaining professional boundaries and compliance with clinical and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain an active caseload of approximately 3040 clients

Conduct comprehensive clinical and substance use/co-occurring assessments

Develop implement and monitor individualized treatment plans
-
Provide individual and group therapy services
-
Deliver substance use and co-occurring disorder counseling and case management
-
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
-
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations
-
Collaborate with community partners and referral sources
-
Maintain appropriate and consistent professional boundaries with clients and staff
Minimum Education Training and Experience
-
Masters degree in social work counseling or a related behavioral science field
-
Current clinical licensure (LCSW or LPC) or eligibility to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe

One (1) to two (2) years of experience providing individual and/or group therapy services in a human services or behavioral health setting
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience providing substance use and co-occurring disorder services in an outpatient setting
-
Experience conducting crisis assessments and interventions
-
Experience working with women and children
-
Experience providing substance use and co-occurring case management services
-
Experience supporting individuals receiving medication-assisted treatment
-
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
-
Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems
Special Requirements
-
Valid drivers license
-
Successful completion of a motor vehicle record check
-
Completion of tuberculosis screening
-
Certification in First Aid and CPR as required
-
Successful completion of a fingerprint-based national criminal history background check
-
Child protective services registry clearance as required by applicable regulations
