Job Summary
Position: Senior IT Project Manager

Position Summary
The Senior IT Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to design implement and enhance enterprise systems and applications. Responsible for delivering projects within agreed scope schedule and budget while following Intuitives project playbook and PMO standards.
Requires strong communication skills polished presentation abilities and a proven results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage small to medium-sized IT projects ($100K $5M) with defined scope timelines and budgets.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and properly documented.
- Exercise independent judgment in project execution.
- Gather define and document project requirements.
- Clearly communicate roles responsibilities and expectations.
- Develop manage and maintain project schedules and work plans.
- Conduct project kick-offs and phase-gate reviews.
- Track and communicate issues risks changes and status per PMO standards.
- Monitor milestones proactively mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and communicate status to leadership.
- Ensure project team members have proper tools and training.
- Prepare accurate project documentation.
Qualifications - Minimum
- 5 years managing moderately complex IT / software development projects.
- Strong verbal & written communication; confident presenter.
- Advanced understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience operating within a PMO environment.
- Strong technical and PM competence.
Desired Skills
- Experience with facilities or physical security projects.
- Experience implementing/upgrading collaboration tools (Zoom Slack O365 Box Lucid etc.).
- Proficient with PM tools: Smartsheet Anaplan.
- Good understanding of IT functions and resource planning.
- PMP certification (preferred).
