Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
-
Perform routine production assembly on structural parts mechanical assemblies subassemblies and aircraft systems using manual operations.
-
Conduct functional testing of aircraft electrical systems and components.
-
Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems and faults.
-
Assess and document test or analysis data to ensure compliance.
-
Identify roadblocks and production constraints; escalate unresolved issues with clear communication.
-
Support team performance through cross-training and mentoring.
-
Maintain high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
-
Work variable shifts (1st 2nd or 3rd).
Requirements:
-
High School diploma or GED; vocational school or associate degree also accepted.
-
1 years of experience in aerospace fabrication or manufacturing.
-
1 years of experience in electrical assembly and/or electronic materials.
-
1 years of experience in avionics systems troubleshooting wire bundle installation and aircraft electrical systems troubleshooting.
-
1 years using software applications: internet navigation email Microsoft Suite or other specialized tools.
-
1 years following detailed work instructions and interpreting blueprints drawings or specifications in English.
-
Ability to meet physical requirements: flexion/extension (head bent down/up) kneeling bending at the waist reaching overhead twisting standing walking climbing/balancing (stairs ladders scaffolding) crawling and crouching.

Ability to lift and carry required materials as needed.
-
Must be able to work variable shifts.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
