Job Summary

Job Title : AS400 Systems Support Specialist (Infor XA ERP RPG Development)

Location: Menands NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Experience providing systems support on IBM AS/400 (iSeries) platforms ensuring stability performance and issue resolution for business-critical applications
Hands-on experience supporting Infor XA ERP software including troubleshooting functional and technical issues
Skilled in writing and maintaining custom RPG programs to access and manipulate data within the Infor XA database
Experience conducting software patching and version upgrades for Infor XA including pre- and post-implementation validation
Strong technical writing experience including the creation of system documentation business process workflows and user guides
Proven ability to facilitate technical discussions with non-technical business users translating requirements into actionable technical solutions
Experience performing FTP file transfers as well as data cleansing transformation and reformatting activities for integration and reporting needs
