Job Description:

10 years enterprise-level experience supporting SAN NAS and backup technologies in banking environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills in low-latency high-availability infrastructures.
Hands-on experience with EMC NetApp PureStorage or equivalent enterprise storage platforms.
Backup infrastructure support (e.g. Commvault NetBackup Rubrik).
Familiarity with Fibre Channel iSCSI multipathing zoning and LUN provisioning.
Proactive incident and problem management (ITIL-aligned).
Able to assist in project deployments migrations and firmware upgrades.
Experience in automation and scripting (e.g. PowerShell Python) desirable.
Clear communication skills for working with operations vendors and internal customers.
