What Youll Do

Lead and support individuals in our programs helping them reach their full potential
Host structured conversations with prospective clients (we provide the scripts and systems)
Create engaging strategies to connect and grow communities on social platforms
Facilitate online Q&A sessions virtual workshops and informational webinars
Represent the company at online and optionally international events
Participate in weekly development and training sessions via Zoom

What Were Looking For

5 years of experience in leadership HR or talent development
Strong communicator with confidence on video calls and over the phone
Comfortable using digital tools (Zoom LinkedIn social platforms and more)
Self-motivated proactive and ready to take ownership of your work
Curious coachable and committed to personal growth
Passionate about helping others succeed
