About the Role:
The Estimator / Project Coordinator will support the on-site and design teams by managing key administrative estimating and coordination functions throughout the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone experienced in U.S. construction who thrives in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment and enjoys taking ownership of process documentation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates budgets and material take-offs for residential and commercial builds.
- Manage project documentation transmittals and workflow tracking.
- Coordinate with architecture design and construction teams on timelines and deliverables.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Maintain clear structured communication between internal and external project stakeholders.
- Support budgeting and cost management using Excel and project tools.
- Uphold quality and accuracy across all estimating and coordination work.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry ideally with a U.S.-based company.
- Strong proficiency in Bluebeam (required); experience with BuilderTrend Procore or similar software is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and Google Workspace skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans.
- Excellent English communication and time management.
- Organized proactive and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Interview Process:
- 3 stages including a technical assessment focused on reviewing structural drawings.
Additional Notes:
This is a newly created position offering long-term growth potential into an Administrative Project Manager role.
