Role Description
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform administration configuration development integration upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working on multiple ServiceNow platform implementations.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model tables and relationships.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in ITSM modules Incident Problem Change Request and Knowledge Management.
- Solid experience in GRC and IT Operations Management (ITOM) is required.
- Experience integrating xMatters is a plus.
- Skilled in managing platform availability performance and security.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Orchestration for IT process automation.
- Strong development experience using:
- ServiceNow APIs
- Workflows Flow Designer
- UI Pages UI Macros
- Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions
- Script Includes Security Rules
Essential Technical Skills
- Proficiency in scripting languages: JavaScript Perl PowerShell
- Good understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and ITIL concepts
- Experience implementing REST API integrations with third-party tools
- Ability to create custom reports dashboards and visualizations
- Familiarity with Performance Analytics
- Experience with SQL Server backend development is preferred
